Our vegan offer

With us, a vegan diet does not mean going without. We promise you won’t have to be content with just fruit and vegetables. From vegan sausages and cheese to scrambled eggs, our kitchen team will give even the non-vegans an ‘aha’ moment.

Let’s take a look at our breakfast buffet, for example: every morning our guests can expect a wide range of vegan products. There are vegan sausages and cheeses, soy and almond drinks and scrambled tofu – our vegan scrambled eggs. The homemade jams are also all vegan. Our vegan breakfast is rounded off with muesli, fruit, vegetables and bread/rolls.
But it’s not just breakfast that has vegan options, our menu and daily changing evening menu also have plenty to offer: How about pumpkin schnitzel with chilli, fennel, beetroot and rice? Or a wild mushroom goulash with seitan, broccoli and napkin dumplings?
