The family-run hotel has been owned by the host family for several generations. From an originally agricultural enterprise, a small hotel developed at the end of the 70’s.

Vegan cuisine in the restaurant “Dreierlei”

The restaurant “Dreierlei”, furnished in Mediterranean country house style, offers fresh regional country house cuisine with changing seasonal offers, which are prepared vegan as a basis.
These dishes can be supplemented with vegetarian and conventional dishes according to the guest’s wishes.

Relaxing, purification, fasting

The hotel also offers a protected and professional setting for guided fasting cures.

Alkaline fasting according to Jentschura is a gentle fasting programme. One relieves the organism over a certain period and renounces acid-forming food. This method is also suitable for losing weight.
Fasting according to Buchinger & Lützner is the conscious renunciation of solid food and stimulants within a limited period of time. One only takes water, herbal teas, freshly pressed fruit juices and vegetable broth.
Fasting cures are combined with moderate exercise and relaxation and detoxifying treatments.

SPA area

A small and cozy wellness area for a maximum of 4 to 8 people invites you to relax and enjoy. The sauna with light therapy can be used as a Finnish sauna at 80 degrees or as a bio sauna at 60 degrees and 40% humidity. In the relaxation area, revitalized and aromatized water, as well as a bowl of fresh fruit are always available for the guests.

Syke with the district Steimke is located in the northeast of the nature park Wildeshauser Geest, surrounded by village-like districts in the middle of the large forest areas
Friedeholz and Westermark.

There are well-signposted cycling and hiking trails as well as the sights along designated routes.
