Almost all our products are vegetarian and organic. We take great care to offer regional products from farmers in the region. Our tomato carpaccio is also very popular with non-vegans.
In addition to the vegan products at the buffet, our guests can order vegan banana and blueberry pancakes or vegan porridge, which we then prepare fresh.
