The variety of cures and programs

The variety of European Ayurveda® ranges from the Pancha Karma cure, the queen of Ayurvedic cures, to detox and purification cures, to Rasayana – rebuilding and immune power cure. During the cure a competent expert team stand by your side with advice, with our Ayurveda specialists Mr. Gaurav Sharma (B.A.M.S) and Mrs. Rajat Vashisht (B.A.M.S.), as well as specialist for general medicine Dr. Alaettin Sinop. A symbiosis of qualified experts, customized treatments and relaxed yoga and meditation sessions awaits you.

Vegetarian & vegan European Ayurveda® cuisine

With the European Ayurveda® cuisine we have transferred the principles of the Indian healing art to the taste of our latitudes and created our own culinary brand. At the Ayurveda Resort Sonnhof we offer mainly vegetarian and vegan dishes and use only fresh organic food from the region and from the family farm.
