The organic, non-corporate and urban Green Hotel “Zur Post” warmly welcomes its guests. It is situated in Maxglan, a district of Salzburg close to the airport and only 1,5 km from the old town.

Ride the bus, which in only five minutes takes you to the city center, or borrow our bikes and spend the day independently and unlimited on two wheels. You can park your car in our parking area and in the meanwhile reload your E-car, both is free of charge.

Enjoy the rich, organic breakfast buffet on our patio on sunny days. Start your day with home-made jam and cake, high quality (herbal) tea (by Sonnentor), cold cuts and cheese from regional organic producers, spreads, bread and rolls, vegan, lactose- and gluten free products.

All rooms are non-smoking, have been individually designed and are all equipped according to current standards. We offer rooms for the disabled, single, double, shared rooms and apartments for one to six people.

The Green Hotel “Zur Post” is powered by a photovoltaic system, the water is heated by solar energy and any additional energy needed is produced carbon-neutrally by pellet heating.
